An intervention begins with the need for a professional to intervene on behalf of a loved one who is not open to receiving treatment. That initial first call is one of the most important steps in relaying all relevant information about your loved one’s struggles. This is where a plan begins. Extensive information is collected about your loved one, as well as your families deepest understanding.

The interventionist assigned to you will ask a series of questions to anyone who will have involvement in the intervention. It is important for us to understand all of your perspectives. There is never a detail too small to share. Our goal is to have a full understanding of the situation and someone may have details that others do not. As soon as we begin to gather these details we understand your loved ones state of mind, where it all began and what plan will guide them towards their New Way of Life.

Our services are not covered by insurance, however our rates are extremely affordable.  We do accept credit cards for an additional fee of 5% in efforts to accommodate families with options.

Yes, we will do everything we can to accommodate any reasonable requests made by our clients and their family members. Our mission is to support you, and your unique needs. We will allow you to sign up with our care management services again provided it is the best option to consider for yourself or the person struggling.

Yes, everyone is trained and required to carry Narcan at all times.

Unfortunately we are not able to drive individuals from their home to treatment with your state of residency.  We do have amazing resources/ nonprofit organizations that can assist you.  We recommend donations to nonprofits   Please feel free to call for that information at any time, we would gladly help.

We will do whatever we can to accommodate each families needs.  Should you need a face to face meeting or skype call to address major concerns, outside of the allotted Care Management agreement, we can assess and offer an individualized package that makes you feel comfortable.
